Thread: How much do you shrink Off/Post cycle?

    How much do you shrink Off/Post cycle?

    Obviously depending on the compounds you're running, you'll lose some water when coming off cycle. From the time you go off of one cycle and you're waiting to go onto the next, do you lose much muscle? Do you feel like you look a lot worse off cycle, or better because of the lack of water retention?

    yes u will feel like shit post cycle. Nobody wants to be Clark Kent once they have become Superman.

    Just eat your protein intake, an keep it up. Bcause u will lose if u dont keep up . Again,, while feeling like shit u will slack on working out, which u can lose also.

    Put roughly, when on a bulking cycle, the gains you make will be 33% muscle 33% fat 33% water. For me it takes about 6-7 weeks from the last pin till my weight loss stabilizes and I loose 30-40% of my weight gained during PCT if I eat and train right. I always look better on cycle imo
