To start I have read Austinite's b12 post, and lots of others. I finally have found a place to pick up methylcolbalamin, I always see cyanocobalamin, but after reading Austinite's posts I decided I would only get methylcolbalamin. I found methylcolbalamin 5000mcg/ml in 30 ml vials. I see that Austinite uses 1000mcg daily while on cycle, and 1000mcg a week when off cycle.

Im looking into for the general health benefits not to augment a cycle. There is very little on the best way to take it. I think I will start with the 1000mcg weekly like Austinite uses off cycle.

Would it be better to split the dose into 2 weekly doses? Im also wondering what the dosage would look like if used intravenously. Would I need to change the dosage? Would the frequency stay the same? If I go the intravenous route, I will not be administering it myself. It would be done by a registered nurse, that has experience placing ivs, and pic lines.

Has anyone tried the b12 that has lipotropic additives? They claim the addition of some amino acids help aid in fat losss.

Anyone that has used methylcolbalamin, I would appreciate any advice.
