for monday my diet totals are cals-6400
protien-500
and carbs are 693
i know this is alot but i want to bulk and im currently running 1200 mg of enanthatea week with 50mg od dbol a day
will this still be too much im 6'2 at 225

2g per lb of protein and 2-2.5g per lb for carbs and just let the natural fat fill in some more cals.
thats a shitload of cals even for bulking, unless ur an ecto who cant gain weight at all.
5000 cals is still probably too much...but some need more cals to grow. how much were u eating before u started bulking?
Damn I have trouble eating 300 grams of protein/day. Good luck tring to eat 500. Thats a lot of tuna fish.![]()
that's four or five days of food for this chick....but if you're around 2gs per pound of p it's all good....i try to keep carbs under protein, usually way under but that's just how my body reacts......bulking or cutting
