Simple answer as above is yes.
I have a slight case from puberty.
My father did as well. His was much worse. Had surgery late in life to fix it.

Yes a little lump behind the nipples. Couple of years ago I notice them getting tender but never really thought twice about it. I am 31 years old and I am dropping some weight and body fat right now.
