How long have you been training? Sounds like either training or dieting is not on point.
I'm 5'9 few year older than u, before TRT I weight 86kg 20% bf when my t level is at 7.2 (range from 8.3-30.2) you can't be a harder gainer than me at the time mate
Put more effort into diest and training research first, The better the base the better the results from your cycle
