Your concern is my concern too. At the risk of turning this thread into bodybuilding forum I have been training this area of my body for a long time but really stepped it up the last 6 months with a lot of mobility work (very stiff everything) and strength training...to the point of overtraining. Daily work with heavy days too. It is definitely weak connective tissue. Over the years, I most definitely have plateaued. After 17 years of lifting I really do know a plateau and nutrition and hard work alone is not going to fix this.
I read the linked thread as if it were gospel a little while back. This is what I was going to do discuss with the doc, basically lead him in this direction.
Do you think a test cycle will produce muscular gains just like a deca cycle? Is there something better to help prevent or even help strengthen tendons and ligaments?
