Alright guys. Im looking to start dieting again. Having been out of the gym for a while Im looking to shred a few lbs. Due to changes in work im often working out at 10pm or sometimes 11pm. Then having my last meal 30mins or so after training. Will carbs this late at night hinder gains in weight loss. Not used to this late workout. People seem to generally avoid carbs so late at night, I crave them. Does this matter? Would I be making error not having carbs after workout, just before sleep?
