Have one of the biggest roid munchers at gym overseeing what i eat ect, He has qualifications flying out his bung hole. Anyway he told me that a protein shake first thing in the morning is no good and it willl just turn to sugar.... in saying that i do understand everything is eventually turned into blood sugar but im sure thats not what hes saying.

Any knowledgeable members have anything to say on this? Can we all confirm this is in fact bullshit or is there some actually some truth to this
