You'd need 90-100 mg. I just used the same ratio that you gave me.

550ng / 65mg = 8.5 ng/dl per mg
8.5 x 100 mg= 850 ng/dl
8.5 x 90 mg = 765 ng/dl

I'd wait like 8 weeks before retesting.
But be aware that more is not better when it comes to HRT.

didn't test for that... but I bumped my test dose to 37.5mg and I feel much better, sleep has improved, and I no more have anxiety or mild depression, libido also improved a bit
I will in a month or two. So far I feel great on it and it's been only a few days
