Currently spacing between 2200 on high carb day and 1400 cal on no carb day. I don't want to blow up after competition. I'm thinking of going up to 2800 after the competition on 40%pro40%carb20%fats and gradually increase 300 calories every week up to 3500/4000 calories
Btw I'm 188 physique competition 100kg now 6%bf 3 weeks out
