1000 calorie surplus = 1000 calorie surplus, your overall body composition (excluding subcutaneous water aka bloat) is going to determined by this and this only. If you want to minimize fat gain you'd need to decrease that surplus, if you want to gain as much 'lean' muscle aka muscle (muscle is lean) as possible then stick with the 1000 calorie surplus and deal with any excess fat at a later date

P.S add some vegetables to cover micronutrient gaps.

Thanks, I eat veggies with my 2 main meals but just didn't add them in because they are always different..

What I'm asking is, how are those macros? And is 1000 calories surplus too much?

I would go 500 above maintenance it makes it much easier to make adjustments. If you don't feel like your gaining enough its easier to bump up or if your gaining to much its easy to bump it down

They're fine, proteins pretty high but if it's not an issue to consume then i wouldn't worry. Yes 1000 calories is probably a bit excessive, but at least you know you'll be gaining as much as possible for the duration of the cycle. A 1000 calorie surplus in theory is a weight gain of 2lb per week, not including excess water/glycogen storing etc.

As bio said, start at about 500. Um from my experience in bulking I start at 500 and then kinda start adding 100 every week or two until I start feeling more bloated and fatty (probably all in my head). At that point I start walking after lifting for 20-30 min and keep my cals at what ever I was at when I started walking.

Right now I'm about 700 cals over.

So short story I wouldnt do a 1000 surplus at start but work up to it if needed

I would tweak that diet to make macros and calories consistent across all meals. No need to have a 770 cal meal and a 330 cal meal; keep them close across all meals.

    Thanks for the help guys..

I'll tweak it a bit tonight and post up my new diet.. So far I'm 5.5 weeks in to cycle and gained 12kg already with the anadrol but wouldn't mind leaning out a bit towards the end of the cycle.. Sitting around 15-16% BF
