Hello guys,

coming straight to the point I am 5'11'' Tall, weigh 200lbs and training since 4 years. I have done 2 cycles in past both Test E and Dianabol.

I am reading about trenbolone since last 2 months and I want to do a cycle to trenbolone as it gives good gains and drop body fat if we keep the diet clean and do nice intensive workouts.

I am planning of doing 10 weeks cycle like this
Week 1-3 200mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
Week 4-7 400mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
Week 7-10 600mg Tren E EW + 100mg Test E EW + 50mcg T3 ED
(Total 4000mg Tren E and 1000mg Test E)
Then PCT

I am keeping test this low because I know I have more than recommended BF% (18-20%) so if I run too much test, I will have estrogen issues. Now with only 100mg Test, I dont need to monitor estrogen that closely, I just need to control prolactin. Dostinex 0.25-0.5mg twice a week will do the job.

Working out 6 days a week
1 muscle daily till failure + 20-40minutes cardio (Tren will mess up with cardio so I will do up to the intensity that my body allows me to)

Diet
I am thinking of doing 2000 cals a day mostly from proteins and carbs (I have read everywhere that carbs are good on tren)

Will this type of setup help me lose body fat while retaining the muscle or even gaining a bit if possible.
Please advice guys. I want to lose at least 5% body fat or more if possible
How much this cycle will help me
What is a better alternative (I have 17.7 Inch arms I dont want to lose them )
