Very low HDL, should i abort cycle?

    44, 120 kg, 17%

    1-10: LGD 10 mg a day.
    1-4: 150 mg test p a week.
    5-10: mk677 12,5 mg a day.
    8-9: 20 mg superdrol a day.
    9: 200 mg masteron
    10: 750 mg test e

Been on lgd since september and mk677 since october. The prohormone/masteronboost at 8-9 was just for fun infront of a halloweenparty.

Testosource failed october, but i found a new one and frontloaded test e this week. BUT.....

BW results came in and everything was pretty ok, even alat just after the little prohormonetrip. Hct also ok, triglycerides ok. Pulse just a little high (75) and BP sligthly elevated. (140/90) But my cholestrol is not good.

    S-Cholestrol 7,4 mmol/L (3,3-6,9), LDL-cholestrol 6,3 mmol/L (1,4-4,7) and S-HDL-cholestrol 0,38 mmol/L (0,8-2,10)

Sizewise im pretty satisfied at the moment. 120 kg/181 cm but my plan was to run 3-500 mg test e 6 more weeks and continue the mk677. For sure i will stop the hdl-killer lgd and no more superdrol cause im big enough, but i was hoping to feel the goodies from the test through out christmas.

You guys think its too risky to continue the test e with that low hdl? I do all kinds of cholestrolfriendly herbsupps but it doesn work very well.

As for the mk677 i will continue out february i guess cause they say its actually good for cholestrol.

Oups..here we go. Guess im not proud of this.

1: 4 slices of bread with cheese, jam, usual man in the street stuff, 0,5 dl milk, 50 g whey/casein

    2: 50 g whey/casein mixed with fruitjuice or maltodextrin.

    3: 250 g pasta and sausages/meatballs, no greens

    4: 50 g whey/casein mixed with fruitjuice or maltodextrin.

    5: 50 g whey/casein and 3 slices of bread.

I divide meal 2 and 4 in two, drinking it with one hour space.

Supps; fishoil, udos choice oil, garlic, zma, multi vit/min, vit E

Once in a week we have a big pizza, we go out once in a week for som chinese on sundays mostly. No smoking or alcohol. Often som candy with family in front of TV sundays too.

My cholestrol usually is pretty ok but i guess it was elevated after summercycle ofcourse and it was not ready for another ride so soon, 2 months, but i didnt know the lgd was just as harsh for hdl as masteron back then.

i think you could make some huge improvements by just ramping up your nutrition. You Ned more whole food meal. I am not a fan of those shakes though I know they have there place. I would limit the shakes to once ed and get the rest of your nutrition from whole food. You will make better gains aswell

Current goal was to come in 125 kg with 17% at the christmas parties. But, my shitty hdl scared me a bit. So maybe i ***** out.
You know tax, my house, economy and job are number one nowadays. Training, eating and wife second. Eating like a pro is pretty expensive. And time consuming. And very boring.

And im bigger than all you guys with these shitty diett so what the heck.....lol, sorry....im 44, old guys like me are allowed to be cocky.

But ofcourse, with age, health becomes more important so i guess i migth have to better the diett. Drop the sunday candy and the lunch meatballs or something. I dont see how powdermixes are unhealthy themselves though. But they migth take space from more healthy greens ofcourse.

lol sorry if i pissed you off, that wasnt my intention.

However, us guys who are smaller than you with maybe a better diet havent been in the game for 25 years, you ever thought about that one?

You obviously know yourself your diet is the most important, if you have better things to spend your money on at the moment (which is very understandable) then why bother cycling?

Cycling with poor diet as you know is also a waste of money.

I must admit I had a good giggle when you wrote your wife is second

it's not that powder mixes are not healthy but your not getting the nutrients you need from the whole good and imagin how much bigger you can get with done small adjustments to your nutrition

    I can count 1 smiley?

it also appears your reacting like a girl because of some minor diet critique, ever thought of that? LoL

    Anyway, each to there own,
your diet is still too shit to hit your goal though, thats the only point i wanted to make without getting deep into your life or this turning into petty insult throwing.

No man, i tell you. With that mk677 i think i could reach 17% at 125 kg. It works, i can eat meatballs and fat just dissapear. And i know i would gain 12 pounds in 6 weeks with 500 g test and my superdrol, but.....when my hdl aims for the 0,0 mark, i really dont think this mission is something i wanna fulfill.

Like Bio said I think you could try changing your diet to improve your health.

I share your concerns for cholesterol levels, and think you are correct trying to maintain healthy HDL, the problem I see is you only eat processed food and you dont have a balanced diet.
We tend to think about macros with its 3 main groups, proteins, carbs and fats, but there are plenty other nutrients our body needs for its everyday processes, many of them are mystery even to modern science. If only the macros needed to be met, we could mix protein powder, sugar and olive oil in a certain dosage and daily macro would be easy to reach... Of course if we did this we would most likely be sick and not get any gains.
People tend to overlook the power of food, and in our busy lifes its faster to unwrap some food then to prepare things from raw products. Guess what? The wrapped kind of food suffer many processes that remove many nutrients important for our bodies, although they maintain the cabs and proteins contents, most times they even concentrate the amounts of carbs and proteins.
    Sorry for this long statement.

So I think you could try something, lets say for 1 or 2 months change your diet and check your chollesterol after and see if it actually works for you. Something like this:

1: 4 slices of dark bread with jam or hard cheese, fruit shake (2 bananas and 1 apple mixed with water, no milk, fruit can change to your taste)
1 alternative: 150grs oat meal (unprocessed type, boiled with water and can be mixed with a number of things for flavour), 2 pieces of fruit

    2: 50 g whey/casein mixed with fruitjuice or maltodextrin.

3: 250gr organic while wheat pasta dressed with 1 tablespoon of good olive oil and bit of tomato sauce for flavour (ketchup will work), chicken breast (if free range change it would be better), steamed vegetables or small salad.
3 alternative : 150gr brown rice, chicken breast, steamed vegetables or small salad.

    4: 50 g whey/casein mixed with fruitjuice or maltodextrin.

5: Big green salad dressed with tablespoon olive oil, whole pasta or rice, grilled chicken or fish, 2 pieces of fruit

Tried to keep some of your meals already, just changed dinner cause shake for dinner is big no-no IMO. There is a lot more vegetables and fruit in there than you are used to but im just saying try it for a month and check your BW after.

Monounsaturated fats increase HDL. Work on getting some of those in your diet (avocados, olive oil, etc), along with fiber in general.
