    Cold remedies

I'm coming down with something. I woke up yesterday feeling very weak, thought it may be because of the intense back workout the day before but I woke up again today feeling weak and I can feel the head congestion starting. Not good because I have a job interview on Tuesday and shoulders is planned for tomorrow, and I love doing shoulders and don't want to miss it.

What are your rituals for when you get sick? I like hot soup/pho loaded with hot sauce. I plan on taking a hot bath later tonight too.

Lots of vitamin c and a shit ton of water

Also, does your gym have a steam room? I love to sit in it when my head and chest is congested.

Stop the caffeine also so you can hydrate

I only get colds once every five or six years (unless I'm doing something dumb, like experimenting with whether I can lower my thyroid meds) but when I get one I must have tom kha kai soup. Something about hot (spicy) soup is just necessary with a cold.
