10days out sodium up 5000mg day
2 days out start carbing up, water 5 litre
1 day out keep carbing up, water 4 litre stop at 4 pm.
Contest day no water sodium normal but eat salty food 2 hours before stepping on stage. Prejudging 1pm
I was thinking to start taking dyazide 5 days out 2 cp day each is 25/10 miligrams. And only 1 on the day of competition.
