If Holm's jab can maintain her distance from Rousey, maybe. If Rousey closes the gap, it's done--quickly thereafter. I suspect that the gap will be closed, quickly.

im not understanding how she is fighting holms and not tate I thought misha was to get another crack at rousy...the last fight between them two was an actual fight, I believe it went more than one round...

correct Tate took her into the third round. At the end of the day it looks like the UFC put Holm in this fight for the hype and Tate is still the number one contender getting the next crack at the title

I am incredulous and exceedingly impressed. I think RR got stunned early and never cleared the cobwebs. She looked intoxicated in round 2. Just, wow.
I live in a gambling town, but I don't gamble (look at my predictions above and you'll see why). Holm was +700. I wish I would have gambled..
