Hi, my coach measured my bodyfat and it came at : Biceps 3 mm, Triceps 5 mm, Back 14 mm and abs 9 mm what makes it 13,3 % bodyfat.
I want to reach 8% bodyfat in 4 weeks and then cleanbulk.
My diet will be :

250 grams chicken breast

234 protein, 195 g carbs 78 grams fat
I train 4 times every week and want to do 30 mins to 1 hour cardio every day.
Steriod regimen is 250 g sustanon every week and 100 mg NPP EOD
Should i step my game up or is this fine to get me to my goals?
