cycle plan goes as follows:
1-12 - 500mg sus e/w
5-12 - 75mg var e/d
1-12 - 500iu hcg e/w (may run up to 3-4 days before
1-12 - .25mg adex eod or less (i'm very sensitive to this) stopping 1 day after last hcg pin

been lifting for about 8 years now with a few breaks in between due to injures or life circumstances.
this would be my 5th cycle.

will try to add a current picture tomorrow and another pre-cycle
been natty now for 6 months AFTER PCT
if anyone cares to know my 1rm for bench, squat n deads are:
bench - 285
squat - 335
dead - 425
