UG or legit TRT meds? If UG, not worth the risk IMO. Good luck...

The TSA randomly selects checked bags to search. I do not know what the odds are, as in how many bags are searched per 100 or anything like that. I can say this though, Over the past year I've taken around 15 flights. Roundtrip that would be 30 total flights. Each one has had a checked bag. My bag has been searched 3 or so times...I say 3 but I could be forgetting one. They leave a note in your bag when they search it letting you know yours was randomly chosen for search. Of course the note really isn't necessary since it's easy to tell your bag has been searched. Anyway, based on my flight experience of the last year, call it 3-4 searches per 30 or so flights.

so at that point do they confiscate what you have and they tell you? also did you hide it any where?

Seems like 1 out of 5 flights my bags get checked by tsa but I can tell they check everything including shaving kit.
I don't know what they do if they find anything but gear is an illegal drug so I'm willing to bet they will do more than confiscate it.

Ive traveled quite a bit and my check bags have gotten searched several times. I do my very best not to bring oils with me, although I have in the past. When I did I was sweating bullets and it probably wasn't a very smart thing to do.

Orals I've never been worried about and I'll put them in a bottle combined with several other supplements. Never had any issue with that. Ancillaries I've always brought and never had issues with.

My recommendation is not to do it. All other alternative is to mail yourself what you need during your time away at your travel destination.. Assuming its domestic.

    Good luck.

If they search your bag and find steroids you'll be arrested. It's that black and white.

A day earlier and a day later is without a doubt the way to go. Travel safe

Not sure, but if they check your bags in another state and find the shit, I think it becomes a federal offense, since your crossed state lines.

Depends on how long you're leaving

When I flew, I loaded for 1-2 weeks on just a little more juice

If it's a long time, I'd ship it to myself

I believe taking gear on a plane is considered drug trafficing. I believe it can get you 10 years in a federal "pound-me-in-the-ass" penitentiary.

You're better off missing a dose.

not always the case my friend. I have have my on other end and TSA was foolish. They have found my gear and nothing, did not even take it.
that being said, If you can just pin one day early and one day late I would NEVER take the chance of traveling with it.

It seems like every time we travel my girlfriends bag gets searched... I think there are just a bunch of perverts at the tsa who enjoy going through women's underwear lol

That's not my luck. I mail if I must. Overnight fedex to hotel. Simple. Cheap. Stress less.

Is it possible that they didn't know what it was?

If you're on TRT traveling with it is no big deal. You have an RX. I've flown with my TRT testosterone numerous times with no issue. I always put it with any needles and syringes in a zip lock bag in my carryon. The reason I do this is because that's what the TSA website ask people to do, to carry all meds and supplies in a carryon in a ziplock bag. I've never had an issue, and you normally don't have issues with TSA if you don't give them an issue. I say normally because there are exceptions and I've run into those exceptions a few times.
