no results from a clean diet

so i have a couple things to ask about. first off im about 13% BF and the past 2 weeks ive been meal preping my food out however i havent counted my macros simply because i didnt think i need to. im going to be starting a test/tren cycle in the next couple weeks and i was trying to cut my body fat down a little more before i started. i will admit that i havent read any of the stickys but after i post this i will indeed go check them out.

my question for you all is:
    1. do i need to count calories or just macros?
    2. while im on cycle im going to aim for a lean bulk. should i up my calories? (im sure this will be answered in the sticky)
    3. do i need to do cardio and if so how much both before and during my cycle?

If your 22 years old don't cycle .

U kinda have to count cals, that way u can make your split will macros. Such as 40/40/20. So if your tdee is 2000 cals. 40 percent of the calls are protien. 40 percent are carbs. 20 percent are fats

If your bulking add 200 or 500 cals to your daily intake. If your cutting do the opposite.

I like to do slow cardio. Walking, playing with my dogs things that get your heart rate up but not crazy. Alot of ppl do not because if your lifting correct. Your heart rate will be up and u will be sweating like a pig and killing it already
