    How much is too much?

A little back story: Earlier this year I was sitting at 220lbs with body fat in the low 20's. Realized I didnt look that great. I spent about 5-6 months dieting and training hard and dropped down to 205lbs and got my body fat around 15-16%. I then started my first cycle in two years. I managed to get some extremely good pharm. grade products and began my Test/dbol cycle with a low dose of deca.

Im going into my last couple weeks here and im currently weighing 232lbs. I have been eating very clean and training very hard. I have been slowly adding more calories over the course of the cycle and I am eating a ton compared to what I was eating and still have room for more! I dont seem too look fatter but im worried that might be where im heading. Does everyone get to a point during a cycle where they no longer put on muscle but begin to put on fat? I know there is no magic number but is there a limit to how much muscle you can put on during a cycle? Or will muscle gain continue with calorie increases throughout the cycle?

We grow in increments. If our body constantly developed then you'd see those who have trained for 20 years+ looking like 500lb mass monsters. Eventually AR stimulation will plateau on cycle and many do not know this, but androgens inhibit mRNA expressions. So there is eventually a limit to everything.

I'm wondering at what point I should back of the calories? Or should I keep increasing them and fight for ever ounce of muscle until the very end?

you have to balance around were your gaining. If your putting in more fat then stop adding calories

In the mirror I really dont look fatter. This is how ive kind of been keeping tabs on fat gain (and it could be completely worthless so correct me if its wrong) I measure my stomach by wrapping a measuring tape around me where my belly button is as I feel this is the first place fat tends to accumulate, I do it first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything. I have maybe gained an inch from when I started the cycle at 205lbs.

I would judge by how your clothes fit, how you look in the mirror and if your still concerned the get you bf tested with the calipers. The mirror should be the tell all really

Cant even think about wearing a large anymore, XL's are getting snug but its all up top. I still have to wear a belt to keep my pants up. My gym has one of those things you stand on and hold a handle maybe ill try that to get a BF%

Those are not accurate at all. Another thing you could do is take a picture once each month and gauge your progress from that and yeah I'm only 5"3 and an xl is pretty tight. I don't think they make shirts as big as they used to....lol

Yeah if I were to buy a shirt from some designer store in the mall, or like an american eagle type store I would probably need a 2XL.... When I was 160lbs in high school I was wearing a large in american eagle shirts lol. I like the classic loose fitting shirts that are 100% cotton and thick. The picture thing isnt a bad idea.... wish I had done that. I did take one when I was at 205 though before the cycle. So I can do a before/after comparison.
