Really thanks! but I feel way fatter then that. I'm definitely at my strongest point as far as lifting heavy weight goes. I had a knee injury from hockey and I took a break from the gym and jumped on a Ostarine cycle right away 30mgs ed, and worked out upper body 1-2 days a week, and still preserved my muscle mass I think i even gained about 5lbs of muscle after I was done.

Really enjoyed the Osta but need to cut fat I don't want to be abnormally big I just want a lean muscular look and I feel that 7-9% fat I can achieve that look.

you look great and keep in mind 7-9 is really low and your body will fight you. I can get down there but I have to constantly adjust my food intake to stay there. I stay happy at 9-10 and just cut down to 8 when I want to stand out for summer
