first cycle - test e 500mg - high estradiol

estradiol 20.0 7.6-42.6 pg/mL - 7 days before cycle
estradiol 47.3 7.6-42.6 pg/mL - 14 days into cycle

I bumped up the arimidex to .5mg today, is there anything else I should be doing?

test e 500mg/week
hcg 500iu/week
arimidex .25mg eod (started at day 2)

I take it that those numbers aren't normal after only 2 weeks on test even with an AI?? Just curious because I'm starting my 1st cycle next week after I get my bw in.

Do your math here. .25 ed ends up being .25 more than .5 eod would total. I mention this as you would be more than doubling your current dose which would be quite a substantial jump, imho. Also of note is that the test was, or appears to be standard estradiol. Meaning it normally reads higher than the more accurate Sensitive Assay. Often times quite a bit higher. Next is that your estrogen is really not that bad to substantiate a huge increase in dose, imho.
Small increase, sure. Large, no. Retest in 4 weeks with a Sensitive Assay for accuracy. Private MD Labs has it for a little under $40 I believe.

Example: My last E2 Sensitive Test on cycle came in at 43.4 on a scale of 8 - 35. I'm fine with that.

Agree with kelkel. 47 for e2 is not bad. You feel shitty?. Well, thats why we have kickstarts. Test e doesnt improve weel-beeing before week 3-6. And some doesnt feel it on the mucles before then either. But, it peaks 24-36 hours after shot, so i guess it converts rigth away. Maybe thats why you feel a bit down.

There is no risk, feeling a bit shitty from e2 is not dangerous. Using to much ais is worse.

Ok, I stayed at .25mg EOD and estradiol is now 55.5 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL), slightly up from 47.3 four weeks ago.

This was the estradiol test that came with the testosterone test that I did previously, I meant to order the sensitive test but ordered the wrong one...doh!

I feel much better these days, do you think I need to get the sensitive test done anyways?

Put on 17 lbs so far, guessing around 16%, yes it was sensitive assay.
