If this is your first time, it will be overwhelming. Visit the show website ahead of.time and look for the map of booth layout noon the floor. Lots of vendors and big names on hand, plus some freebies here and there.
I really wanted to be there this year just to catch the strength events ... anything else would have been a bonus.
Really curious to seen the winning weight on the deadlift this year. Look for a fight to set a new record.

Man this place is packed!!!! Pretty neat though... got to meet Evan Centipani (spelling?) Frank Mcgrath, Martyn Ford, and I even ran into Brian Shaw in the men’s room... nothing gay happened... but if he wanted to at 6,8” 440lbs, I don’t think I’d have much of a choice!!! Hahahahaha

I’m loving it bro.. definitely pumped up. I feel so small now lol.

Just a heads up... animal has a new flavor of their pre workout coming out called “ice pop”.... best tasting pre workout I’ve ever had.
Also sampled some of the all day you may in the tea flavor and my god was it good.... I know bcaa’s are pointless if your taking protein powder but I might get some just because it tastes incredible lol
