what is a good cycle to bring out the viens i mean way out please help

Eq will bring out the vascularity. But if your BF isn't low enough then you won't see it obviously.
@ 18% your not gonna see the true effects of Eq IMO.
Cut that shit down bro...Then you'll see veins poping out all over the place. :-)
