guys I have been doing intense training for the last 7 weeks now I used winny 50mg and clen140 mcg/eca max dosage cycle throughout the 7 weeks my diet consists of 1600 cals(eating 7times a day) I workout 5-6 days week and I do cardio 5 days a week before breakfast for 35 minutes and play soccer 3 times a week in the afternoons. I am seeing some results. I am seeing my upper abs and serratus anteriors but I hate my lower abs. I can not get rid of them. I ordered cytomel from ppl but I am a little skeptical about it so I ordered another bottle from LR and I am planning to use it for a 4 weeks ramp up down cycle. my question is, would cytomel with my excersise and/or diet to help to get rid of my lower abs? I weight 191 lbs and 5-10.
any suggestion on my diet or excersise?
diet-
1st, oatmeal and shake with milk
2nd- 6 egg whites/2 toast
3rd- tuna sandwich/protein shake milk/salad
4rd- steak or chicken breast/2 toast
5th- shake(water)
6th fish and lost of veggies
7th-shake(water)
excersise- generally same depending on time
day1- chest, side and lower abs
day2- arms-mid abs
day3 - shoulder-side abs,lower abs
day4 back and legs-mid abs
day5 off
day6 repeat
