Wow, been a long time since I've seen you online here or elsewhere, man. I would hold off on the cycle. I had to go through that routine to buy some supplemental life insurance and it was a royal PITA, but was worth it in the long run. Wait until you have your policy in hand and are G2G before running your cycle, IMHO.
Don't want to give them any reason to think you are in anything but excellent health.
Edit: Buy a comfortable amount of coverage. I wish I had purchased more and then had heart issues later on. At the time I purchased mine, a hybrid policy was the best option for me. It covered 250k until retirement and then dropped to a flat 75k after that. However it was much more affordable than a 250k whole life policy and since I already have a pretty decent amount through my employer, I opted for the hybrid policy.
