Friday: 2000 cal. (200g prot, 130g carbs, 75g fat)
Saturday: 2300 cal. (180g prot, 225g carbs, 75g fat)
Sunday: 1500 cal. (160g prot, 70g carbs, 65g fat)
CALORIES: 2280
PROTEIN: 194g
CARBS: 221g
FAT: 69g
Cycle:
300mg testosterone propinate/ week
40mg winstrol/day
10mg proviron/day
