Hey guys
Currently cutting on a ckd diet. All is well and love how I'm feeling. Down about 11-12lbs. Started at 14-15%bf and am around 11-12%. 7 weeks to go. Question is, how crucial are macro %'s when doing a weekend refeed? I see some guys just refeed and eat whatever they want for the most part,whereas some guys stick to a 60/20/20 or. 70/15/15.
Thoughts?
