I've done a few cycles in the past which I believe have now led me to have low testosterone levels. I'm 32 years old and I've had my testosterone levels checked a few times, once about a year and a half ago and again just a few months ago and both times my test levels were around 320. It's been a little over 2 years since Ive done a cycle and doesnt seem like my levels are getting any better. I was a little immature and stupid back then, and was also dealing with addiction problems, but am now kicking myself in the butt over it. Last cycle I did was test and EQ and I ran it for 15 weeks, and long story short I never did a PCT after this last one. All other cycles Ive done Ive always included PCT but with all the problems I was dealing with I just didn't do it this last round. Pretty stupid and now I feel like I'm paying the price for it.
My question is, is it too late to start a PCT and try and jump start my levels again? From what I've researched test levels would eventually start back up but would take a lot longer than not taking any kind of PCT. So I wanted to try and get some opinions and see if there was anything I could do to try and bring them up to a bit of a higher level. My last doctor said my levels were still in "normal" range, just on the low end. But I'm not happy at those levels as my strength and energy has been way down accompanied by some weight gain.
I've been considering getting on TRT but only as a last option sort of thing. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on it, most concerning is high risk of heart attack, and not sure if Im ready to make that jump yet.
