Hello , I am planning my next cycle which I will start in 4 weeks. I am 30 6'0 198lbs @ about 15%. I will be cutting for the next 4 weeks to lean up as much as I can before starting.
The cycle will be:
1-10 test prop 50mg eod / 175mg a week.
1-8 tren ace 200mg eod / 700mg a week.
6.25 aromasin ed
Pct
Clomid 75/75/50/50
Nolva. 40/40/20/20
My goals are to try and stay around 190lbs but lean up at the same time.
My questions for this cycle are the following:
1. To achieve my goals of a recomp at 190lbs I was thinking of eating at maintenance 3000cals a day and doing cardio 4 times a week. Does this sound like a good plan? I will be playing around with carbs on a carb cycle diet and will try to keep them lowish for most days and boost them up on leg and back day!
2. Is caber really needed ? I am aware that most people tell you to take 0.5 e3d but is it really needed if estrogen is kept within a good range?
3. Is 6.25 a good starting dose of aromasin even tho I am keeping my test low?
4. Would any1 extend pct to 5 or 6 weeks?
