The Inbody Mahcine is trusted or not ??

i used this machine last 1.5 month and now

i got 3.4 kilogram of muscle mass differences. and i am on first cycle week 8

is this machine is trusted

I've heard InBody machines are 98% accurate when compared to DEXA.

But I only know this from word of mouth.

Unless I read an independent study on an InBody machine I'd take that with a grain of salt.

I assume there somewhat accurate though and your results so far are achievable on cycle.
