    Thumbs up Open Invitation to my new website!

    Hi everyone,

    Just thought I'd let you know about my new website that I've spent the last 12 months + creating - growthlog.com!

    It's an online diet and training logging system specifically for us weight trainers and allows you to quickly and easily add highly detailed meal, workout, diary and body measurement details. I think it's pretty damn cool and I hope you will like it too!

    If you get time to pop over then please do - there's a competition on at the moment to celebrate it's opening and the prizes are a years free subscription and 3 three month subscriptions.
