so I just got my test levels checked and it looks like im low. I got 7.4 when the range is 8.8-28. how bad is that? Could it explain my frustration in gaining size.

they tested a bunch of stuff to see if their was anything physically wrong with me that is making me feel tired and irritable as they treated me for depression like symptoms. the test was the one they were focusing on. Im hoping I can just take a shots and feel better.
should have mentioned, the rest of the blood work seemed to be in range.
is that bad. What would a typical trt dose try to get you to.
Here is an awesome online converter , just plug in numbers in corresponding units and it gets converted across the board

Well, considering most docs don't know trt. Many doc's throw out the number 800 (ng/dl) or so as a general reference but it should be based on your free testosterone level, not your TT level. It's why TRT should be started at a lower number (of mg's per week) and then titrated up based on results, needs and patient feedback. Starting at an elevated dose and then having to mitigate sides is not the correct path, imho.
Def want to get mine checked
