Pct meds dosing scheme

Ok how do you guys run or recommend the Clomid and Nolva dosing..

This is me plan
75/50/50/50 Clomid
40/20/20/20/20/10 Nolva

So should I take both the Clomid and Nolva doses together all at once?

OR
Split them up in some manner?

Is it safe to take them all at once, I know its done that way, but is it perfectly safe. Like getting all of those high doses of similar drugs at one time.

Should whole doses (75mg clomid, 40mg nolva) be taken at one time. Or should it be split as well in some manner. Like so......

Take 50mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva at 8 am,and 25mg clomid, 20mg Nolva at 8pm.

Or this....
40mg Nolva at 8am, 75mg clomid at 8pm,
Or vise versa.

What are some of the more common side effects that I should expect? Just so I don't freak out and think in dying.
