planning another cycle - but have a little different situation

Hope I can get some feedback on my situation, and here it is:

    46 yo
Long time lifter since 15 yo, do a hybrid H.I.T. with CF influence
    5'10"
currently sitting at 195lbs - with what I had mass wise turning into blubber - see below

Suffer from low T, and have been on M.D. prescribed HRT for 6-7 years now at least.
    HRT is as follows:

    Test 200/50 - 0.4 ml per week
Omnitrop - 10 on an ins syringe M-F
    HCG - 25 W and Th
    Anastrozole - F and Sat

Has been a godsend in the libido department as well as generalized energy etc..

Getting base line labs for my M.D. later this week as well - do every 6 months and all numbers always look great.

I have done a prior cycle 3 years ago, 12 weeks with the above as a "base", and added additional Test, and Tren with appropriate PCT. Had great results. Unfortunately I don't recall my doses of the added gear, and I no longer have the "guidance" I had before.

Additionally, I just had a hip replacement 2 weeks ago - big bummer, but will allow we to add back my DL, squats, and Power Cleans to my workouts as I had to phase those out over the last 5-8 months. Expect to start real workouts in 8 weeks at this point, but will be slowly adding to my current post op PT stuff.

Anyhow, I'm wanting to augment my start up with a repeat cycle and need some advice on setting up a plan. Mainly on dose and timing of pining and PCT. Have read the sticky on "First Cycle", was great but not what I'm needing info wise, I think??

Thanks for reading through this and for any advice and help.

Recommend healing before cycling. You want to get back into the swing of things at the gym first.

It's simple.

Running a cycle out of recovery isn't a good idea. There's a good chance your muscles are going to get stronger than your soft tissue infrastructure can handle. The results are torn rotators (most common) or some other joint injury. My recommendation would be to the the next year able build up your body as a base for a cycle. Based on your surgery, it might take you a couple of years. Take your time, wellness is best at this point.
