Say you could only eat carbs once a day...

would you eat them

(A) Pre Workout Only

or

(B) Post Workout Only



Now say you can Eat carbs twice a day



(A) Pre Workout + POST Workout

OR

(B) POST + POST POST Workout




I choose (B) for both as I back load with great results but curious what everyone else's takes are , I enjoy keto but not optimal so I force carbs around workouts
