    Nocturnal Routine and hgh

    Hello Everyone
    Recently I have a pretty bad routine. I sleep only two hours at night. From 3.30 am to 6 am
    Then i stay awak till 1 pm and sleep till 5 or 6pm.
    I work out at 8.30 pm
    What should be the best way to take hgh in this routine.
    Or the situation is too bad and i must fix my routine at all cost ?

    Not having enough sleep has multiple heath issues, how old are you and do you work split shifts?

    im 29
    Currently taking a gap year from career so i am free. Been working intesnely for past 3 years. I needed time off to focus on bb. Since being a physician i get shitty work hours.
    Usually up all night gaming with my bros lol
    I get enough sleep. But in splits
    Like 9 hours a day. For some reason

    Wtf lol. Put your gaming controller down and focus on the gains.

    Seriously tho, rest and recovery is crucial.

    To answer your question, I take GH pre workout no matter the time.

    I take preworkout, 3.5 hours into slumber and at wake up for fasted cardio. GHRH/GHRP combo. I sleep 8-9 hours continuous.
    I can't play games at night because it activates me and prevents sleep. In fact, studies show that if your still in activation mode when you fall asleep, it's crappy sleep and not worth as much.
    On the other hand, at night and early morning is when the internet connection is fastest.

    1) internet is fast
    2) kids are sleeping so better games
    I do feel rested. Not lethargic or tired.
    Looks like i will have to get back to circadian routine.

    For me my best results with HGH have been in the morning when I first wake and again following my workout.
    You will just have to adjust effective methods to your individual schedule and needs.

    Why take after your workout ? isn't this the time when your natural hgh production gets boosted ? I avoid taking after workout or at night.
