And he said his only regret in life is when he squatted 800 pounds he only did 2 reps not 4. That is the mind of a fvcking champ

"So you guy's still wanna be like me, you still want to have the same work ethic is I had. Well as you can see I'm 8 X Mr Olympia and I can't walk. I endured an 11 hour major back surgery last Tuesday. Do I have any regrets?, if I had a chance to do it all over again would I change anything? Yes if I had a chance to do it all over again I would change one thing. That is when I squatted that 800lbs I would do 4 reps instead of 2, that is my only regret in my career. Those 2 reps I did still haunts me today because I know I had 4 in me but the coward in me only did 2. That is my only regret"
That is a winner. Right there that is a winner
This is why these guys make it to the top. Its not the drugs its not the food or the training or the genetics. Its the will to die for your sport. Coleman gave his body for the sport he loves
Its just hard to watch because for me growing up he was always the freak. Getting old and sick sucks arse
It's good to see he's back to doing what he loves..he's one of the greatest nobody can take that!god bless him!!
He got smaller but I'm sure his bank account added a lot of zeros in the process.
If I had all that mass. I'd at least want to be able to move it efficiently. I.e run jump etc. and have major endurance. Unsure if he did or not
Didn't coleman pro arm wrestle amoung other competitions? I was suprised to learn the other day that Mariuz pudzianowski was a cafefighter for a while and a force to be reckoned with. I watch him lay down some serious knockouts. I know coleman was a squatting and deadlifting fool! All that muscle is good for a lot of things.
