    First Cycle Questions (Beginner)

Hey everyone. I'm starting my first cycle next week, and have a few questions about dosing, PCT, and cardio. My stack will be Tren-A, Test prop, Anavar, and Arimidex for 8 weeks. Injections/Pills taken every other day.

First question, dosage. I've been told by a number of sources that I trust that 300mgs a week of Tren-A is manageable for a beginner (manageable being the key word). With that as a starting point, how should I dose the Test, Anavar, and Arimidex? I've heard test should be half of Tren, so would 150 mgs per week be advisable, or should it be more? I understand that Arimedex is used to counter some of the estrogenic properties of test, so should my arimidex weekly dose be based on my Test dose? Lastly, suggestions for Anavar doses?

Second, PCT: As per this forums suggestion, I will be taking Clomid 75mgs per day for the first week, 50mgs a day for the following three weeks, as well as Nolvadex 40mgs per day for the first week, 20 mgs a day for the following three. Will this be a suitable PCT plan, and when should I start PCT? I've heard that different PCT drugs should be taken at different amount of times after final dose. If anyone can help me work out PCT timing, I would be very grateful.

Third, Cardio. Everyday after my 45 mins to an hour of weight training, I consume 30 grams of protein and do an intense hour of cycling. It's my favorite part of the workout, and since I started, what fat I had has melted off. Still a few pounds to go, but very little. I'm aware Tren makes cardio close to impossible, so it is not the most ideal AAS for someone so into cardio, but its effects on muscle make it seem worth it, so i'll acquiesce. What supplements or chemicals do you have experience with that make cardio on tren less of a burden? I've heard Cardarine, which I wont risk cancer to do (it may not be a definite, but the risk isn't worth it), and Nasacort (which has the risk of "addiction" or at least the forming of a habit. Not as bad as cancer, but obviously not ideal). Any other ideas to make cardio easier on Tren?

Thank you for reading this long, appreciate any answers.
