Want to make sure I am doing this the right way although i think i might get lots of different opinions. This is what someone i know said to purchase. I am in ok shape at 43 besides my GUT which i am working on and trying to eat healthy as much as possible-been working out about a year and do weight training about 2-3 day a week and cardio 2-3 days a week.
I want to get big- Not body builder big but muscle tone-energy, etc.
My first cycle i used Testosterone cypionate twice a week for 10 weeks as it was my firs go at it. Def gained some muscle mass. So its been a month+ and ready to start me next cycle..
I eat ok during week-lot of protein and weekends i will cheat sometimes so want to make sure i am taking these in the correct order and what days and how much...so looking for opinion or facts . I work odd hours so usually do a shot in the morning.
looking for someone experienced with these products below and give me some ideas on what to take when and how much. My initial thought is 1 cc a day on monday, 1 cc on Wed and 1 cc on Friday. Should i start at a 1/2 cc 1st week? talk to me and thanks in advance for guidance.
