Testogel gives 50g test ed?

So im doing my research infront of my first trt-appointment wednesday

A friend of mine at the gym in his 50s is given testogel which gives him a stabil 650.

At the gelinfo i read that u are supposed to put on 5 g ed and 5 g contains 50 g testosteron.

Isnt this much for trt?

Everyone absorbs the gel different but you will only absorb a proportion of it no matter how much you absorb. I think you can help increase absorption using moisturiser after.

I used it as my initial therapy but applying everyday and waiting for it to dry and risk of transfer to my daughter means I changed it pretty quickly. Felt ok on it though.

I don't recall the e2 levels. I'll dig them out. Below are the graphs/data. I started gel in January 2016. Look at the February blood test.

I have been on Nebiso since march. Since that blood test and I said to my Dr. This isn't working.

Don't kickstart. Let the Neviso give you true readings. It'll be more beneficial to help you dial it in.

when did the nebido make u feel alrigth?

Been on nebido around close to 8 yrs . It's without doubt the best therapy by far in my eyes

You'll see from my blood levels it's been a rollercoaster. I've felt "good" since probably November. So maybe 6-7 months of Nebido.

1000mg every 70 days (10 weeks) is the recommended protocol.

I've been on trt for around 12 to13 yrs so it's probably been 10yrs on nebido. I take 1000mg 4ml every 12 week's but have been down to every 11 wks but they changed it due to my t levels. Not cycled for 2.5 yrs

TU is by far the less harsh on those, and the vets will confirm you this. Gels are the worst because of massive conversion to DHT and E2.

Same here, but nebido costs 159 euros. However regional sanitary system can override national and some offer it free if charge. Not mine since it's bankrupt lol.

You only get free prescriptions if you have an NHS exemption card?

Unless your medication is going to your doctors surgery directly... they might catch up with you one day. Be careful there!

The following is from a clinical dermal absorption study of Test. "The variation observed may be largely attributed to human variability in dermal absorption and the skin source. For the most lipophilic compound, testosterone, skin thickness proved to be a critical variable." The amount of fat under the skin has a direct affect on the amount of Test absorbed through the skin. It sounds like the doc's take a shot gun approach. Put a lot of cream on the skin and see how much is absorbed. Track the absorption and then adjust the dosage. I like injections for TRT because it's more exact.
