I am a 49 year old male living in Oregon, USA. Been powerlifting religiously in my basement for 4 years now.
About a year ago I started TRT gel, but it did not work well (at all really) so in December (4 months ago) I was prescribed 100mg/wk test cyp which I have been following.
All I can say is writhing the last 4 months I have set 2 new squat PR's a deadlift PR and am approaching PR's on bench and overhead press - coincidence? Didn't put the pieces together until recently. Managed to gain about 10lb too. It has been over a year since I have been able to gain weight or set new PR's.
Stats: 49YO, 6'4", 210lb, 15-16% BF based upon online photo sample arrays.
Research: other than poking around this forum, I have been wading through Llewelyn Anabolics (10th ed). Any other resources I should consider?
Sourcing: nowhere near ready for any cycles yet (other than my baseline TRT), but I am heading to Cabo San Lucas (Mexico) TOMORROW, are there any staples I should pick up while I am there for future cycles once I am ready? I have read everything from x is ok in Mexico to it is all garbage so not sure what is worth buying or not.
