I agree. Too many people still like running it through pct, which is opposite of what should be happening (letting our body naturally let our hormones rebound).

So you ran 20 weeks of tren on your 2nd or third cycle and don't know how to run an AI?

You ran deca on your 1st cycle (19, nor highly aromatizing agent), and tren on your 2nd cycle (19, nor progestin in nature) without an AI .... no wonder you are on TRT .....
According to all "experts" on this site, AI should be ran fron day 1 and up to the last day before PCT (since you are on TRT and u won't have a PCT then until u go back on your normal test dose preferably 2 weeks after your last cycle pin if you are using a long chain ester test).
I read on many other websites and youtube that u should stay taking the AI until the last day of PCT because clomid will increase your estrogen .... but this is all up for debates even among steroid experts .... MY PCT was mentally horrible on my 1st (I only had 1 test cycle until now) but I am not sure if it was because of a high estrogen or what so I am planning to run small doses of AI on my next PCT to see the difference ....

If that was your trainers first cycle prescription then he is a danger to you no matter what he thinks about an AI.

No wonder after all this blast and cruising you are going to be on TRT for life. I know you say you are on TRT now but I believe that you are cruising not on TRT.

im on TRT by doctor before my first cycle , I run 150 a week of test E from my doctor ,

my physique is nothing specially must be the ketogenic diet everyone is against ,
