Hello everyone, let me start apologising you guys as I'm not listening your advice of not starting a cycle now. I'm gonna start a test e only cycle soon. Stats are: age 20, weight 140 pounds, height 5"10, bf 12/13%. Diet will be:
Meal 1: 200 ml milk+ 1000 calories crap (cakes and biscuits)
Meal 2: 50 gr protein shake
Meal 3: 50 gr uncooked rice+400 gr chicken+10 gr oil
Meal 4: 50 gr protein shake
Meal 5: 250 gr light mozzarella
Meal 6: 50 gr uncooked rice+250 gr tuna stake+10 gr oil
Meal 7: 25 gr protein shake
Calories: 2900/3000
Tdee: 2600: surplus 300/400
Protein: 300 g
Carbs: 200 g
Fats: 100 g
Goal: gain as much of muscle mass as possible with little of fat gain as possible.
What do you think? Should I change something or this is enough to accomplish my goal?
Ps. Please don't say change your mind because I won't.
