Does anyone have an opinion on these supplements (does anyone besides me take them(I have yet to do my first cycle ) Zinc/Copper, L-Carnitine, Phosphatidylserine Complex, Chromium GTF, and A-AKG Powder. Should I reorder these or discontinue some.

L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that's often taken as a weight loss supplement. It has several benefits for health that you could google, alot of people take it.
In my case, i usually take it during my cutting season just to improve diet by a little (even the placebo effect).
I also take Zinc, as ZMA with magnesium and copper.
You should really aim on reaching your daily macros, a proper nutrition will lead you to best results. Best supps you could actually buy are Protein to reach your daily protein intake, 5g of creatine (no loading phase) and a good multi.
