    Hello, new member..... again

    Hi all,
    37 year old from Yorkshire,
    I have on and off done steroids since I was 22 and I have made many mistakes along the way.
    I.E. Incorrect PCT, even not at all in the early days, which cost me.
    I was a member on here years ago and certainly remember the good advice and sound council on things....
    Its the reason I am back, diets in order, trainings good and I now have consistency in life so its time to be back on it and listen to the experts again.
