One of the biggest transformations I've ever seen, huge congrats man.
Before:
429 lbs (396 in the before pic)
54 in jeans
5- XL shirts
Would get short of breath walking to the fridge (the only exercise I got)
After:
211 lbs (Got to a low of 184, way too skinny for 6'4")
32 in jeans
small and medium shirts.
Still not much exercise, and only three day's a week in the gym.
Sorry it took me so long to get back with the stats. Thanks for all the comments. Makes it worthwhile with it coming from people with such great bodies.
