Blood work advise

Will this panel be sufficient enough for a test only cycle?
I will be giving it a go with omnitrope from my pharmacy next week 1.5 iu 5/2 and will be adding a test only cycle around 10weeks in exactly like the protocal on the 1st cycle thread on top of the page. This panel looks like it covers everything. Please advise if Im missing somthing .
