No I'm not British. Yes I noticed blood coming from my shit clippers today when I wiped. I'm into week two of my cycle and I've never had hemorrhoids before and wondering if that's what this is. I looked it up on the internet and some places say I'm going to die a miserable death from cancer, others say it could be a hemorrhoid.

I'm thinking maybe because the increase in food I'm eating and slightly elevated blood pressure (138/80) I may have strained myself squeezing out a log or something. The blood is bright red and doesn't seem to be in the stool.

Anyone else ever had this issue on or off cycle? No shame in my game here. Hoping this will help others too who may encounter this.

I never even want to bring the topic up, but when I go to about 3,500 cal a day my ass just gets tired from shitting multiple times throughout the day. . . I have no clue how other guys maintain a 5k+ cal a day diet.

Could be hemorrhoids, or it could be anal fissures. I had the latter when I was younger (14-20), and it always seemed to occur during high stress periods. It’s usually a symptom of jacked up digestion causing constipation or just plain hard shits. Putting constant magnesium supplementation into my diet has prevented it from returning for over a decade now, no matter how much food I have to ingest when bulking.

Back in my time in the Army, the shit was worse. Google army toilet paper in WW2, that was sandpaper. Bright blood while wiping is common as you get older. Add more fiber to your diet and it will help. Also get some of the flushable wipes. Wait until you have to a colon prep, ass will be raw and you will have stomach acid coming out.

Yes I went from a 2.5k diet to about 4k a day and it's definitely become a chore going to the shitter throughout the day.

Yeah I mean it's nothing TOO alarming as most things I've researched say it is just hemorrhoids, I was just curious to see if possibly it was linked to the steroid usage. I really don't want to disclose that to my doc either because in the future I'm going to try and get trt and if he knows I'm currently utilizing my own aas cycles it could lessen my chances with him.

I was not in WW2 but have talked to a number of them at the VA and VFW. Every generation of vets had it worse. Hell, the new guys do not have to press their uniforms or polish boots. SHM.

I was in the first Gulf war.

If it was Bright Red Blood then no worries at all. You are just raw. If it is dark, black or tar-colored it could be to much iron or a bleeding ulcer. If for have pain, N/V/D with it then go see a doctor.

If painless could easily be interna hemorrhoids which do not hurt - no pain, no burning or itching. May occasionally see it streaking your stool as well as fresh blood with wiping. Keep an eye on it and if it doesn’t resolve obviously you need to see someone. Good internal hemorrhoids, filter out all the forum crap and go to reliable medical site for more information (Mayo Clinic, etc.).

Most likely a hemorrhoid a anal fissure if its bright red blood. Have a heaping tablespoon of Metamucil before bed EVERY night. It will greatly
ease up your bowel movements and help things heal up. Using a good toilet paper can help too,,try one with Aloe and Vit E.
